At SignalProp, we stand behind the quality and value of our rental property analysis Chrome extension. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
2. Provide a clear explanation of why you are unsatisfied with the service.
3. Not have exceeded a reasonable usage limit of the service, as determined by SignalProp.

SignalProp reserves the right to deny refunds in cases where we believe the user is exploiting the system. Reasons for denying a refund may include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive usage of the service beyond what would be considered reasonable for the 7-day period.
• Attempting to use the service for unauthorized or unintended purposes, such as data scraping or reverse engineering.
• Violating any terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Providing false information or making misrepresentations during the refund process.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@signalprop.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your name, email address associated with the account, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Please note that this return policy applies only to the initial purchase of the SignalProp Chrome extension and does not cover any additional or recurring fees, such as subscription renewals or upgrades.
